How is this different from ConcreteGo, Command Alkon, or Marcotte?
Those are full dispatch, batching, or ERP platforms aimed at large operators that need integrated batch tickets, fleet routing, and finance modules, and they price accordingly. rockquote.app is purpose-built for one slice of the workflow: quoting. Can I import my existing pricing spreadsheet?
Not as a direct import yet. The setup wizard pre-loads sensible Canadian defaults for the moving parts (winter heat by month, axle weight season, holiday rates, small-load tiers) so you usually don't need to bring most of your spreadsheet, just your product mixes and base prices. Most operators are set up in 10 to 15 minutes by typing in the numbers that actually matter.
How long does setup take?

Is there really a free plan?

Do my customers need an account?
No for retail customers. They enter an email and get a link to their saved quote. Yes for contractors with custom pricing: they sign in by phone, get a one-time code, and see only the rates you've configured for them.
What happens to surcharges, holidays, and fuel?
All applied automatically based on the date, the delivery distance, and your configured rates. Saturday premium, Sunday/holiday rate, winter heat, axle-weight season, fuel-per-km, small-load tiers. Set once, forget about them.
